On July 18th I completed my second solo flight from KCRQ to KRNM and back to KCRQ. The clouds were mildly scattered and I flew at 3500 AGL over the clouds and headed south for a little, taking in the beautiful scenery of the place I am blessed to call home. I then turned left inland and used my Garmin G5 to head towards Ramona airport. I did one full stop at Ramona for practice and then four touch and go’s to practice having a different sight picture of different runway lengths. Then I headed back to Palomar and did one landing there. Overall, it was a great flight and I logged a total of 1.4 hours as PIC!
